  • The women and gender studies program offers an interdisciplinary approach to understanding women and the role that gender plays in relation to power. Students can choose from five paths: Politics, policy and historical perspectives; international politics and policy; the body, mind and spirit; culture and society; music and the arts.

  • The minor in women's studies and leadership offers an interdisciplinary, cross-cultural and critical understanding of women and issues relating to gender, including the practice of leadership. Courses focus on the intellectual, political and cultural life of women in a variety of social and historical contexts.
