Each year, Mount Saint Âé¶¹¹û¶³’s University brings together hundreds of leaders and changemakers for The Report on the Status of Women and Girls in California™ — an inspiring morning of conversation, connection and action. This gathering of ideas, insight and shared experience brings timely issues into focus through dynamic speakers, expert-led panels and meaningful opportunities to connect. The  2026 Report on the Status of Women and Girls in California™, held on March 27, 2026, explored how technological, economic and cultural changes are rapidly reshaping work and opportunity. Through expert-led panels and featured speakers, the Report examined the forces shaping women’s participation and advancement in the workforce, alongside the leadership and policy choices shaping what comes next.
